When my son and his friends stormed in the house yesterday afternoon to tell me that they were starting a jazz band; the first question out of my mouth was which musical instruments they planned on using. They started listing off who was going to play what, but I think they missed my point, so I decided to ask them again. I knew that none of them owned musical instruments, or at least my son didn’t and the ones they used at school belonged to the school and were locked up tightly when the school year ended.I thought it was a great idea that they wanted to start a jazz band because they all show great musical potential, but then I asked them again where they were going to find musical instruments to play this summer and they said that was my job. I guess my son had told them all that if anyone could find musical instruments for a great price that it would be me, because I am always talking about the great bargains I find online. My son was right, and I was more than happy to help, so I told them to grab the laptop and we’d get started.
